Ashley Steffes Hasty Graduation Artichoke Dip
Boil 16 oz of frozen spinach and 1 can artichoke hearts with 1 cup of water for 5 minutes. Drain. Heat 1 block of cream cheese in microwave until hot. Stir in 1/4 c sour cream, 1/4 c real mayo, 1/3 c shredded parmesan cheese, 1/2 t red pepper flakes, salt to taste and 1/4 t garlic powder. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
