Homemade Twix Bars

Got these from a blog and they are absolutely wonderful and so easy to make!
Club crackers, about 2 sleeves
1/2 c butter
1/4 c sugar
1/2 c brown sugar
1/4 c milk
2/3 c peanut butter
1/2 c chocolate chips
Line the bottom of a 9 by 13 pan with a single layer of club crackers. Then crush enough to make 1 c of crumbs (about 7 crackers). Mix together the butter, sugar, brown sugar, milk and cracker crumbs and boil for 5 minutes. You should have a thick carmely sauce. Pour over the first layer. Put another layer of club crackers on the top. Combine the peanut butter and chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and cook on high for 1 minute. Stir and when all is melted and smooth, pour over the cracker layer and refrigerate until the topping is a bit hardened. Cut into bars.
This is fabulous. Made 30 bars.
