Bob Steffes Brussel Sprouts

1 lb brussel sprouts, cut in half
1/2 lb bacon, cut into small pieces

Brown bacon. Add brussel sprouts and toss with bacon fat. Place on a baking sheet and roast at 450 for 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
