1 can chickpeas, drained
juice of 1/2 lemon
salt and pepper
2 T tahini
2 cloves of garlic, minced
Process in a food processor. Mixture should be creamy and a bit lumpy.
Add 1 c black beans, or 1 c black olives or 1 whole roasted red pepper to create a variation
