Irene Niemeier Steffes' Potato Salad

3-4 baked or boiled potatoes
onion
salt
4 hard boiled eggs
1/2 c miracle whip
1/4 c milk
2 t vinegar
1/4 c sugar

Dice potatoes and onion. Chop egg and combine with potatoes and onion. Mix the rest of the ingredients and add to potato mixture. Refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors.
