Terri Oliver Steffes Oreo Truffles
1 pkg oreos (any flavor, but must be Oreos)
1 block cream cheese
dipping chocolate
In a food processor, crush up oreos finely. Chunk up cream cheese and add to food processor. Process until mixture is well blended. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Scoop out teaspoonfuls and roll into a ball. Place on cookie sheets that are covered with waxed paper. Do all the dough at once. Place back into the refrig.
Melt chocolate by one minute intervals in the microwave, stirring after each minute. Dip oreo balls into chocolate and place on waxed paper to harden.
