Memorial Day Cook off Winner! Bob's Grecian Burger


Bob's Grecian Burger, Two Ways
With aoili sauce:

1 c Greek yogurt
1/2 lemon squeezed for juice
1/4 red onion chopped fine
1 t sugar
mint and parsley leaves, chopped fine

Mix together, refrigerate

Mint Pesto sauce:

Mint and parsley
Minced garlic
Finely chopped red onion
Walnuts
Lemon juice
Olive oil

Chop together in a small chopper, streaming in olive oil until thick.

Grill burgers with salt and pepper.   Dress the burgers with goat cheese and either the pesto or the aoili sauce.
