Joy Harman Steffes' Juicy Burgers

1 lb hamburger
2 T mustard
2 T brown sugar
1 T vinegar
1/2 c catsup
chopped onion
salt and pepper

Brown burger, salt, pepper, and chopped onion. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 20-30 minutes. Serve on toasted hamburger buns.
