We looooove sweet potato fries at our house! We also like to dip them in a horseradish cream sauce but this, this is the ULTIMATE dipping sauce!
1/2 c of real mayo
2 T ketchup
2 T horseradish (cream style or the real deal!)
1/4 t paprika
1/2 t salt
a dash of freshly ground pepper
a dash of cayenne pepper
and for the real secret... 1/8 t of dried oregano, crushed
Mix together and allow to marinate for a bit!
We love sweet potato fries too, do you have a recipe for those? We then could try the sauce to go with them! Right now I am buying them in the frozen section and I do have a recipe of my own but the are not juliene cut.
